Special Education
Bright Beginnings Preschool provides free educational programs
for children who are 3-5 years old and have a special need in one or more of the
following developmental areas:
Adaptive / Self Help
Communication
Cognitive
Gross or Fine Motor
Hearing
Social / Emotional
Vision
Eligible children may receive teacher, physical therapy,
occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, psychological and/or nursing
services.
Bright Beginnings Preschool is a cooperative effort of The Ohio Valley
Educational Service Center and the following School districts:
Caldwell Exempted Village Schools
Cambridge City Schools
East Guernsey Local Schools
Noble Local Schools
Rolling Hills Local Schools
Switzerland of Ohio Schools
Washington County
